Instructions:
Copy and paste this code into your payment HTML field in the Shop Maker payment / gateway options.
Alter the address between the <returnurl></returnurl> tags.
Alter the name between the <merchantdisplayname></merchantdisplayname> tags.
Alter the passphrase between the <password></password> tags.
Alter the client ID between the <clientid></clientid> tags.
Alter the currency code between the <currencycode></currencycode> tags.

Currency codes:
Euro: 978
Japanese Yen: 392
New Zealand Dollar: 554
Swiss Francs: 756
UK Sterling: 826
US Dollars: 840

EPDQ CPI Administration:
Once logged into your CPI Administration, you need to specify the allowed URL. This needs to be set to:
http://www.yourdomain.com/shop/shop.php
