Instructions:
Please follow these instruction to integrate Metacharge into your Shop Maker system:
Change mer_id. This should be the merchant ID that Multicards has assigned you.
Do not alter the #ordernumber#. This is automatically generated by the shop system.
Do not alter the #totalcost#. This is automatically generated by the shop system.

Notes:
If you have uploaded a new page to your Mulit Cards account, you can change the mer_url_idx. If this is set to 1, it will send the user to the standard Multi Cards payment page.
