SkyPay integration

Instructions:
We have worked closely with SkyPay and are able to offer you a very simple integration method between our systems.
All you need to do is change the <merchantname>,<merchantid> & <buttonlabel>.
The order number and totalcost are automatically generated by the system.

<gateway>skypay</gateway>	Tells Shop Maker which payment gateway.
<merchantname>...</merchantname>	Name you would like displayed on the checkout page.
<merchantid>...</merchantid>	Provided by SkyPay.
<buttonlabel>...</buttonlabel>	This appears on the submit button.
